How to clean a rim?

I have some pretty dirty rims, lol. How can i reallly make them shine.

. Pressure wash?

Degrease them, let it sit it and pressure wash is your best bet. If they are painted, pressure wash with caution.

Is the rim powered coated? when wash with regular soap and water do they shine? are the rims bare polish aluminum? are they clear coated?

They are like the ones shown, but 4 lug.
