It depends what engine you have in there and what you have to work with to begin with. If you work with the KA24DE engine at least the A/C and PS stuff was sold in the US. If you go with a SR20DET then you're going to have to source A/C and PS stuff from Japan or Europe or Australia because we didn't get those engines here. We don't have RWD SR20DET A/C compressors laying around in junk yards. The lines are hard to come by.
Lots of stuff can be re-used from the KA24DE equipped cars like the A/C condenser and the silo lookin' thing (forget what it's called) but even those can be a bitch to find.
The power steering stuff is a bit easier and line kits are made by various companies. You still need a pump though.
There has to be threads on those other forums I linked you to that describe the entire process and easiest/cheapest ways of getting A/C and PS on a swapped S13. I'm not they guy to talk to about that stuff. =(
