Thread: 05 Frontier Nismo 4x4 King cab for sale

I am really sad to have to do this,but...
I have recently had multiple major problems come up in my life lately,and it seems like I just cant catch a break lately.Due to all these circumstances,my life has been put into a major tailspin.

As much as it breaks my heart,I am gonna have to sell the truck .
It is the only option I have left at this point to try to keep from losing my house,too

OK,enough about me,on to the truck.I bought it brand new,with intentions of keeping it forever,and have put every mile on it.
ODO reads 88,xxx right now,and it is mostly highway miles.I have always run Mobil 1 synth.5w30 ,and changed the oil religiously.
This truck has been very reliable...I have fixed one universal joint on the rear driveshaft,front brakes,and tires.Thats it!!
It will need rear brakes soon,and maybe a set of tires,but otherwise,near mint condition.Needs nothing else,everyhting works like new.

AFE intake system and factory airbox included
Spare set of Nismo wheels that I painted gunmetal...need to be redone.Some dumbass at the dealership sprayed something on them that fuked the paint up.

hey man, i have no intention of buying, but i will definitely say that these trucks are killer, but i do have a question, i work at a nissan dealer and we see at least 5 a week of these, pathfinders, and exterra's come in for timing chain guides to be defective causing a whine or sound like its supercharged, so i was wondering if it has the noise, or if you know if these have already been replaced with the updated ones?

I had a rattle on startup when it was new,but it was a service bulletin that was warrantied.
It has purred like a kitten ever since,no problems with the engine or truck whatsoever.
I am sure not all of them are effected by that problem you speak of.
Yes the truck is awesome,I hate to sell it.

you would be suprised at how many is seen, a lot of people dont say anything at the dealerships because its so labor intensive and not many techs like to do the job, the problem with them is the plastic they use for the guides is weak and wears down really quickly, so the updated part has a tougher plastic that holds up, the early 3.5 altima's and 04-06 maximas had the same problem as well. but regardless bump for you on a gorgeous and amazing running truck.
