Parting out sr20det With Tons of goodies..not selling the car anymore.
Update: Motor is out of the car now pics of all items will be up soon.

sr20det assembled in 2007, installed in 09 and cranked about 3 weeks ago. and has not been driven except to move it in/out of the shop.... it is leaking oil between the head and block in three locations and i don't know why. the motor was put together by a very reputable machine shop in 2007, it sat until i finished school and gathered the $ to have it wired up. the car idles and revs with no hesitation or problems (except for the oil leaks)
-installed in 09 (remember the motor has not been cranked until about 3 weeks ago and was assembled in 2/07)
so here is what i am asking. prices right now are without shipping. if anyone feels that i am asking to much for something or if you have seen an item that i have have sell for much less recently, please PM me with that thread. i want to be as fair as possible. I will start parting out everything listed this weekend 8/8 and 8/9 and will also add pictures.

(pm me)

as i stated the sr20det is pissing oil between the head and the block, and to get it done right the motor has to be pulled out. yea i bought your 94 xe! that thing was amazing on gas.. and the a/c.. cold as ice. wish i never sold it. i have interest on all the above already except for the water pump. i'll pm you a price on everything though. Guys i am also planning my wedding. so that takes precedence over the car right now. when i get some free time this weekend i'm going to make a list and prices of all the major components.

dammit, i can't imagine this thing getting parted out over an oil leak?

i mean i understand you have priorities, but wouldn't i be easier to sell it as a whole?
I mean it's super clean to part it out?
I also don't understand why it would be leaking oil from the head gasket if the gasket was installed correctly and the head bolts torqued to specs?

Only thing i can think of is the head was warped/block warped or not torqued to specs or something ???

man that thing is clean , i dunno man it's a sad thing to let it go parting it out, but that's just me

edit: if you can't afford to have it pulled out, i'm sure some people from the dash would be wiling to help out with a geekout of some sort....

I'm down to pull that fukker out and help you get the oil leak resolved...
