OK, im making a list of what we will need pick an item and thats it. no item will be more than $5 and with everyone picking an item we will have enogh for every one no selling this or that **** . this is the way we have been doing for years now and it works.

Hot dogs - 4 people
Burgers - 6 people
Burger buns- 3 people
hot dog buns -3 people
BBQ , Ketchup, mustard- 1 person
Coal- 4 people / aprox 40 lbs
plates - 1 person
Cups - 1 person
Napkins - 1 person
Chips - 2 people ( 2 for $5 anywhere )
Cole slaw or potato salad - 2 people
sliced cheese - 2 people
Soda 2 liters - 4 people - 3 each
Gallons of water - 3 people 5 each thats 15 gallons plenty.
ICE- 4 people - 2 bags each
coolers - bring what you got and we can consolidate at the park.
If you want to bring rice beans past , whatever thats cool too. just dont come empty handed mofo's LOL
I will be the grill master , with Manny and Hwayne and Graham to assist as my sous chef and Serban as my taste tester ....
also i will bring all grilling equipment ,
We want to be at the park by Noon , i know everyone allways is late so please guys try to arrive early as we don do this offten. figure towers around 11 am
With that being said tag a item from the list and place it next to your name on page one and lets make this a great one!.
I'm down to grill for sure, as I always bring my little grill. lol. Put me next for napkins!
