Don't get me wrong, I am not telling you not to try. On the contrary, FDOT is known to bite the bullet on things because they don't want the heat. FDOT strives to keep the motorist happy. I am just telling you not to point the finger so easily to blame FDOT.
FDOT is so low on man power, that we contract a huge majority of everything that makes FDOT.
