I've got a Condo for sale...mile and a half from Fort Lauderdale beach and downtown. LMK if you want to take a look.

Ft lauderdale, North miami , Boca raton , Deerfield beach

places range near the beach 5-15 miles away run from 60k-150k for somthing pimp right now. ive been in the market for about a year and a half.

Well right now I'm leaning more towards renting. I want to get to know the area more and decide where I would like to buy. I'm probably going to sign a 6 to 12 month rental lease so I can get an idea of the place so if you guys know about a 2bed/1 or 2bath rental property with a fenced patio let me know!! Looking to keep it under the $1000 rent.

Less than that. Its right on the beach. Yeah, it would make for a good investment property, right now someone is leasing for a year, but its still for sale. At this point, its just paying itself off without me actually putting anything into it. But I'd like to buy a house, and I don't want to juggle multiple mortgages.

My friend told me there's a 2, 1 1/2 townhouse in his complex that's going for about 80k.

OMG those are some nice cheap houses. I would like to rent in the Fort Lauderdale area though.
