Thread: Transmission Question

I have a RS5F70V en route to me that apparently has an issue with popping out of second gear. (A friend of mine gave me a ridiculous deal) I have scoured everywhere I can think of to find what may be causing it and a possible fix. I can't seem to find anywhere selling replacement parts for it that I may be able to use.

I know the QG18de uses the same stacks in the open diff version of the transmission and those were manufactured until 2006. Haven't had any luck finding those either.

Any pointers?
