HLSD issue?
Having a little trouble with my new 6 speed only spinning one wheel in the burnout box. I've had people say that the diff is going but it's a clutchless differential. I'm having some trouble launching the car straight as well on slicks. On street tires it spins both wheels and doesn't pull either direction.
With the HLSD I know that if one wheel unloads it acts like an open diff, correct? Is it possible that the burnout box isn't level? I do have my control arms preloaded very heavily and wonder if that's part of my issue.
For those that don't know, this is a track only drag car with a spec v six speed. 24.5x9 slicks. It pulls 1.7 or better 60's all day long but is just a handful to drive off the launch and it would be nice to be able to heat up both tires in the water box.
