thanks for the heads up. im ready for leg day everyday lol

fyi i'm talking mileage wise.. I read of people getting around 10k miles on it but anyone who can input on the mileage they get out of theirs would be great.. I'm thinking of going with a spec stage 3 rather than the fx500... I found the fx500 for 280~ online though so cheap if you are getting it

Found it

I was missing 1 or 2 and destroyed my clutch... springs popped out 300 miles away and I had to drive 350 miles home with no clutch haha (50 miles to where I was going then 350 back)

fuhhh!

i dropped springs in 2 clutches, both in a DET. Didn't notice if that DET had dowel pins. but in this DE i never ran a sprung clutch, but i did strip the splines in 2 clutches.

Missing block-to-bellhousing dowel pins was my first guess.

Top dowel pin can be seen in this picture at the top holding the spacer plate on. It is above and to the left of the starter access hole.
The left dowel pin can also be seen in the picture immediately to the right of the "front" engine mount bracket.

I blew 2 springed' clutch discs as well in a full bolt on VE - don't know how some of these guys with 400+whp run them. They suck pretty much. So far the CMFx500 is good
