It combos pretty well, you gain +2 in dex and +3 in accel. Flywheel gives -1 to strength but the P11 tranny makes up for it with a +2 str modifier.

my serious answer is your acceleration will obviously be improved, as well as your city mpg, but maybe a slight reduction of highway mpg with those mods you listed
