I used some chemloose, a ball pein, and a angled plastic pushlock doorpanel remover (to remove plastic rivets, the item itself isn't plastic). tap tap, pry, move a mm at a time. Wash, rinse, repeat.

Oh and of course a wire brush to clean all the shit off and see where you're tapping into.

i got it of using a flat head screw driver. i installed the new one and it works just a delay in the readings. and it wont go past 45 mph when i hit 85.

put a flathead against the base where you can gain the most torque (in/near the hole for the 10mm) and hit it with a hammer, it should break it loose. Don't try to pull up yet, just move it around a bit to loosen it up and then get some pliers or vise grip and twist and pull up. should come right out

Remove it and replace it again. I was having trouble wondering why mine wouldn't read. Added some more tranny fluid through it. And putting it back must have aligned the gears properly

I used a channel lock to remove the sensor. Just wiggle it and pull up
