Here is the 1-1 3D printed cuff out of Nylon. It's rounded off to the closest MM just for simplicity purposes. This way i can make adjustments prior to getting the billet cut.
I didn't even know this section was here. I just happened to be checking the new posts and found it.
This is a great idea and glad to see it coming to life. I know Mfactory didn't think it was worth it but we know different.
I will be watching very close. If you need help with anything let me know.

That's all part of fabricating. The case is actually what keeps the shafts in place and it's impossible to measure with it on.

Here is the quick and dirty. So far so good. I might not need spacers but I wouldn't be able to tell until I press the reverse gear and upper bearings back in but I can't just yet since my input shaft bearing was messed up from the start. When I get the input shaft I can install it with the upper case to make sure we're all good and then I'll make it out of actual billet
Thanks Alex. I hoping everything works out for the best. The actual billet pc will be tested on the dyno and track. Gives me encouragement to actually finish my car too lol
