Well, from the pictures on the first page, the JGY *is* the Adfab flywheel, so lets just call it Adfab. It would be also useful to know where to get the Adfab directly.

Hi guys im new here . First of all i have a 91 B13 with a VE in it . I am trying to find out what Flywheel i currently have . I am going to post a link . I would be extremely greatfull if somone can help me out. I am on my third clutch disk . and before i install a 6 puck act clutch disk i would like to know if i can replace the heat shield or resurface area .

I also have a question regarding a Fidanza Aluminium flywheel.

When can the be used? Until what "stage", so to speak? Any issues when using it with a heavy duty clutch setup? If so, what are the alternatives?
