K so I just installed a 2 pulley set on my car along with my Flywheel. The UR racing two pulley set plus the 10.5lbs flywheel is perfect. Cars revs up just right now. I think I lost about 2 lbs on the pulleys swapping from stock maybe a bit more.

So maybe the Fidanza 8lb isnt to light by itself...

Hmm I might just install my Fidanza 10lb flywheel. It should improve my city gas mileage too, but worried about highway mileage hehe.

I can understand that though. The GT28rs doesnt hit as hard as my turbo does. I got a rie in one the other day with S3's thats running 14lbs. It was totaly different then my car. In first gear with my car its literaly impossible not to hit 8000rpms in first when you floor it. That even with my Boost controller turned off. You have to shift so fast to avoid over revving the car that I dont even let people drive my car cause the first time they hit the gas I know they arent going to be able to shift fast enough cause they arent used to it. The 8lb fidanza works for some people I guess. For me if I threw one on my car Id be asking for it with my car not having a rev limiter. But my 10.5lbs flywheel and pulleys works for me! Im almost scared to see what these S4's are gonna do!

BTW I like your car list and mods

Trust me I used to bang off the rev limiter all the time but I put in a raptor shift light to help and I learned not punch the gas. Need to get a ride in your car so I can check out what the 18g is all about.

What are your opinions on using lighter flywheels with drag racing?
