Ever since I installed my B15 clutch pedal I've had problems with it. I have a spec stage 3 RWD DET clutch, so youd expect it to be a little harder. Well, it was like trying to move a building with your left leg every shift\stop. I had my first used B15 oem master cyl go bad, then replaced with an aftermarket B15 unit. Both of them leaked from the damper. I then bought a wilwood 7/8" master cyl and it made the clutch even stiffer. Begenning of this week i started losing pedal. I didn't know why, but I installed a 3/4" longer clevis on the master cyl push rod for more adjustment. Mistake, the higher volume of the 7/8" master with added stroke blew out the slave and ruined it. So after I removed my clutch pedal, and all I found out that the pedal was trashed. I broke in several places where it bolts through the firewall. I've replaced the master, slave, and pedal. It took 4 masters, 2 slaves, and 2 pedals to get this shit straightened out

I'm now using a maxima pedal with a B15 master. I did have to use that extended clevis that I made to get enough pedal since I put the oem firewall spacer back on. The max pedal fits perfect with no mods on my NX, but the spacer is required. I had to drill out the B15 master cyl mounting holes to use the max pedal, and it's rotated to the right a little. The pedal feel is like driving on a stock B13 clutch, very light, but the stroke is pretty long. It has more leverage than the B15 I suppose since it was designed for use with a larger clutch. Overall this new setup works as it should, and I'm now happy with it. I reccomend to anyone doing a hydraulic clutch swap on a B13 to use the maxima pedal, and B15 master cyl.

Pics of what you guys are doing with shift boots? Also are you guys running stock squishy shifter bushings still?

I haven't figured the boot out yet either. 2J Racing
makes a replacement bushing set for the shifter cables. They are $50.00 and made out of a hard plastic material.

It's a lot easier deal with the boot on P11's, but still is custom work. I just need to find a big enough leather boot to wrap from the outside, the stock boot goes inside the shifter surround which causes the linkage to rub against it.

If I could get it to sit 1/2" lower it would clear it perfectly. I'm thinking about an aftermarket shifter... I wonder how well this one works: http://www.ebay.com/itm/310567807881?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649

As for the bushings, I made some from some hardware store parts and washers. I'm not really too pleased, so wouldn't mind an aluminum set, just don't think the 2JR plastic set is worth $50 plus shipping...
