Metric Socket Head Cap Screw

You have to click on bolts from the menu on the left, then metric socket head cap screw.

Wait you went with the Allen bolts? Any real reason for that over regular hex head screws?

No Specific reason, but you only have two choices in the 12.9 hardness. Metric socket head, or Metric 12 Point. They don't have standard hex 6-point in 12.9, only 10.9, which is what our OEM bolts are already I believe.

Just so no one gets burned buying a maxima trans, they do not all come with a HLSD.

Awesome thread by the way. Great info!

Well, I didn't realize my bellhousing was binding yesterday, and I cracked it while tightening it down. It's minor though, so I'll be able to fix it easily. My problem is that the maxima pressure plate is to thick, and hitting the back of the bellhousing. Anyone know how thick overall that a RWD SR20DET PP is?

I thought the measurements and machining you did took care of the clearance issues??
