I should have known Nissan wanted that much for a new one, my fault. But Ive seen a couple used stock flywheels cheaper than the custom ones go for. Personally Id like to do the swap as cheap as possible right now and mod from there on for what I need. Not everyone needs a 9 pound flywheel, if I wanted to later I will get it and resell the stock one. Im just trying to add another option to the parts list, again, the 9 pound Mazworx flywheel isnt NEEDED, why it is listed as a needed part?

Because a stock bell housing fits .. like stock. Why would you need a custom bell housing? Mazworx use to sell an adapter and machine the stock housing, but it was cheaper for them and the end user to just use the P12 housing.
