So you just buy spec v hubs and press them into b13 spindels? And what about crossmember it just Bolts up to stock one?

No, that would require machining of the b13 knuckle to get them to seat in far enough to get the snap ring back on. Most just use the whole b15 hub/knuckle assembly along with b15 brakes. If you want to keep your b13 stuff you can either get lucky like I did on finding a set of axles which we have now figured out that are more than likely from the 5 speed 02 SE-R or from an 02 spec V. But the 02 5 speed Se-r is your better bet and the outer joint for the passenger side b13 axle will be able to swap onto the b15 mainshaft. All spec V driver side axle inner and outer joints are swappable to the b13 stuff. Just have to swap over either the outer joint or the inner roller from the spec V axle onto the b13 mainshaft. Crossmember? You use your stock crossmember. There is no switching out of the crossmember.

Wow thanks! so just the passenger side axles is the one that needs the attention the most. I can't wait to do this swap. Im all motor so ill just pick up a stock 240 clutch and it will hold just fine. I just wanna do this like "set it and forget it" lol.

Ow and so the spec v knuckle just fits right onto the b13's control arm and tie rod's? No modifications? If it comes down to that and if I wanna do that.

Ok if they bolt right on would I have to use only Spec V or just basic B15? And whats the smallest rim size I can bolt up to them? Sorry for all the questions I just want it done right because im gonna do it to my car prob next week or so. O and would i have to upgrade my master for the larger front breaks?

you can use either. All b15 hubs and spindles are the same. No difference between the 1.8 and 2.5 b15's

After talking more with Competition Clutch, their twin disk setup will now be advertised on their website shortly for the 6 speed swap. It will be listed under the 200sx, Sentra, and Infiniti G20 vehicles and listed as a 6 speed swap in the description.

The part number they gave me for the kit is 4-60444-B.

If you call and ask just tell them Sentra SR20 6 speed swap or give them this part number.

They also might be in works for a lightweight flywheel for the regular single plate clutches as well and most likely will use the ka24de clutch setup from a 240sx. It will require no grinding modification and bolt right on. That is in the works and ill keep it updated as I get more information.

As for my review of the setup:

The setup is awesome. Everything bolted right up with no clearance issues or anything of that nature. The clutch feel is soo much better than the twin disk for the 5 speed felt even though I was hydraulic clutch as well on the 5 speed. Pedal stiffness was cut down considerably but more than likely this is because of the clutch fork design differences from the 5 and 6 speed.

Pedal feel is very good, clutch engagement is good as well. No different really than with the 5 speed. Clutch is easily streetable once you get used to it.

Of course with any twin disk your going to have the rattling noise when the clutch is depressed due to the floater and top plate rattling.

This clutch will hold anything you can possibly throw at it. Rated at 700 ft-lbs of torque its about as strong as its going to get.

Overall I love the clutch setup and its held what ive thrown at it with ease.

Again I will keep you guys updated with more information as I get it if they decide to go through with the lightweight flywheel for the single plate clutches more for use in a daily driver/street car
