After talking more with Competition Clutch, their twin disk setup will now be advertised on their website shortly for the 6 speed swap. It will be listed under the 200sx, Sentra, and Infiniti G20 vehicles and listed as a 6 speed swap in the description.
The part number they gave me for the kit is 4-60444-B.
If you call and ask just tell them Sentra SR20 6 speed swap or give them this part number.
They also might be in works for a lightweight flywheel for the regular single plate clutches as well and most likely will use the ka24de clutch setup from a 240sx. It will require no grinding modification and bolt right on. That is in the works and ill keep it updated as I get more information.
As for my review of the setup:
The setup is awesome. Everything bolted right up with no clearance issues or anything of that nature. The clutch feel is soo much better than the twin disk for the 5 speed felt even though I was hydraulic clutch as well on the 5 speed. Pedal stiffness was cut down considerably but more than likely this is because of the clutch fork design differences from the 5 and 6 speed.
Pedal feel is very good, clutch engagement is good as well. No different really than with the 5 speed. Clutch is easily streetable once you get used to it.
Of course with any twin disk your going to have the rattling noise when the clutch is depressed due to the floater and top plate rattling.
This clutch will hold anything you can possibly throw at it. Rated at 700 ft-lbs of torque its about as strong as its going to get.
Overall I love the clutch setup and its held what ive thrown at it with ease.
Again I will keep you guys updated with more information as I get it if they decide to go through with the lightweight flywheel for the single plate clutches more for use in a daily driver/street car
