I am not sure if this has been posted anywhere before so I will prepare myself for correction.
For those of us who are either anti-social, work crazy hours, live out in the middle of nowhere or a combination of any; we have a challenge when it comes to this swap. According to the write up, we need a friend to help remove all the gear stacks at once. This is actually an easy one to overcome. See below...
Once you have all the shafts, pins, check balls and springs removed as per the thread...

Simply slip the casing back on, use a few bolts hand tight, and then flip in upside down...

Remove the old bell housing, install bearings, races and oiler into new bell housing, slip it on (careful of the oiler), flip upside down again...(brace casing with old bell housing)

And boom, your ready to finish the installation!

Hope this helps. Even with a friend this is for sure much easier. Also, I purchased a new race from courtesyparts.com and installed frozen into the new bell housing first.
