On a flat, level surface that most of the drag racers will be on, it will be fine. On the street, braking and acceleration are negatively affected by removing the front sway-bar.
The car will handle better because the wheels can move more independently in relation to each other. The bar is no longer limiting the movement. That means instead of the sway-bar limiting the amount of contact patch the tire has, the tire can move a bit more before the strut will begin to compress more and begin to take away - camber. (as that is how the front struts act on the stock Sentra) Good read in that entire thread I linked as well.
