which 15" tire for drag?
Im not a pro, just looking to have fun, and bring something better than the street tires im driving up to the convention on.

M&H Racemaster Drag Slicks
24.5'' x 8.5'' - 15''
HB-11 Compound

Mickey Thompson ET Drag Slick
24.5'' x 8.0'' - 15''
L8 Compound

Hoosier D.O.T. Drag Radial
Tire Size: P225/50R15
Tread Width: 8.5"
Diameter: 24.2"

any other options I havent found yet?

no one is talking about the diff tire compounds there, just sizes... I already know the size I want.

I run the MT but both brands are good either way.

Due to M/T rudeness and lack of support of the guys with the smaller tires, I'm going to say M &H. Plus they are the pioneers of the slick tires, why not go with the guys who invented it?

To start with, I ordered the MT ET street DR 14" Its 24.1" and doesnt bulge out too much.

Looking over the 15" options again, I had a feeling they would hit the strut spring perch... so for the time being Im gonna use these and take some more measurements and go from there.
