No "normal" performance street tire is going to give you anything close to the hook-up of the drag radial. Take that option off the table if you're this serious.
Yep a 225 and 235 drag radial have no problem going on a b14 wheel. Wider is optimal as it will give you a bit more contact patch with the tire.
And yes Drag Radial will out perform any normal street tire. However it will also wear probably 3X as fast

1992 Nissan Sentra SE-R - Fully Built SR20VE, BWS400SX Billet 67mm and much more
JMS Racing tuned to 716whp, 423wtq at 29psi
10.5 @ 149.2mph to date I believe the fastest trap speed SE-R, Much more to come with some changes!
I just need something that will be fun at the track ( only race like once or twice a month on weekends ) and will hook up on the street..
Right now with 3 year old 205/50 Toyos they just incinerate in first gear its useless. ( could just be cause there old and car needs an alignment ). Its not totaly off but its been all apart so its gotta be a little off. Tracks straight.

hoosier dot, loved these, daily drove them for 3 months! because of the thread pattern my heart wasnt at ease in the rain but i drive like a grand ma so i had no issues
they hook like an animal! i put 500miles on them and they still appear new
I am on GC Coils / KYB AGX's with the perchs cut.. These look like they will hook hard but at the expense for looking a little strange. Any brand preference? or are they all pretty much the same.
This isnt a ballls to the wall 600HP build just a T25 setup and eventually a T28.
