It's hard for even a bad driver to hide trap speeds. Shouldn't those be around 95ish?

I had a 89 240SX with a SR with stock everything and pulled off a 15.4 @ 96mph with a 2,7 60'. Could not for the life of me figure out what was wrong, everyone else with a similar setup was mid/low 14's. (1st swap and turbo motor) I come to find out that I blew the 4-bolt gasket between the turbo and manifold, boy did it quiet up after that lol. I was such a newb that I never knew. Sadly I never took it back to the track, but she did get a lot quicker after that.

Lets see, where do I begin?

1. Paper headgasket (yes, that cheap ass Fel-Pro). (Motor was obviously rebuilt before me owning it).

2. Oil test in each of the pistons of the old block revealed slow leaks. About 1/3 cup of oil in each cylinder was gone in about 3 days. possible ring damage. Cylinder walls 1 and 2 are scored, not where you feel with just a fingernail, but with fingers just rubbing across. Pretty deep grooves.

3. Valves would not seat. After pulling valves for new supertechs, it was determined that the seats definitely needed to be lapped a few times with the new valves. Even now, there's a tiny bit of leak with the water test, but seals a hell of a lot better than before.

4. Vacuum leak from Nismo Fuel Pressure Regulator, and from solenoid behind the motor that was left disconnected.

Take your pick, all of these issues contributed to a dogged out motor. Thank God I pulled it in favor of a new build. The 3076R would have been SURE to blow the motor up.
