Not a bad idea!

T25's do pretty freakin good, im still debating on what i want to upgrade to after this one, either spend the money and get a whole different setup for an sc61, manifold, and tial wastegate, or just upgrade to a gt30 with a t2 flange that will bolt right onto my manifold, im looking after this to make 350-400whp range. i think the gt30 will come pretty close. i dont want to sacrifice a whole lot of response though, i was consider a gt28 but i think thats a little small, although the topend will be greatly improved over the t25, im guessing its going to come down to price when the time comes. haha but im definetely not upgrading until this turbo either goes out or i break the t25 record, and hit my 11's, ive still got a tad bit more weight reduction to do and it will be good to go.

All I can say is if ur goin that fast, everything counts, which includes ur cf hood. Seems like ur latches did the job by holding whatever it was attached to, but ur cf had a serious delam. So it's either a poor manufacturing process or else a poor install of the hood pins where u fixated the lower portion of the hood and u went so fast the force delammed the cf hood. Interesting ndeed.....
