Rear bumper
Hey I was thinking that since I am going to be using my car for mostly drag racing I want to run a rear diffuser. Now I don't want to just hole saw the back bumper I want it to look classy what are your opinions and ideas ?

What body style?

To reduce drag, you don't need a rear diffuser. You can get 90% of the drag reduction with a flat under-body. Simple, and basically invisible when done correctly.

Any places sell full thin underbody pieces?

It's a 94 classic and I don't wanna run a belly pan on the car as it still sees street driving.

Get rid of the rear bumper. They are overrated. LOL.

Golden Eagle brotha. Black diffuser would look good!

I would've gotten one of the one piece golden eagle units, but it won't work on the nx bumper. I'll agree that the two piece setup looks alot better than cutting like I did, but cutting is free lol.

BTW people always ask what its for. Most ask if it's for taillights. I always explain it to people and tell them that when I break 150mph in the 1/8th mile, it'll make a difference.

Looks like they work for Miller. His car is only like 4-5 seconds quicker than mine. No big deal.

Didn't look at the vid, but the NRG guys made their own hinged flaps that open as they make their way down the track.

Just something to block off that parachute of a rear bumper. It doesn't have to go very far. Just to the rear suspension mounting points on the chassis. Or to the fuel tank. Not some complete belly pan.
