You can run them as low pressure as you want, but they have too much sidewall rigidity to do real damage grip wise with low pressure. Maybe run like 20-22psi lowest IMO.

Thanks bro, will try that next time..! I think i had them around 29 with small burnout when taking off..

I was talking from personal experience at the track with the Azenis. You better off with a regular street tire that you can drop the tire pressure on. Ive pulled 1.960 fts with 195 street tires. Never been able to pull that off with Azenis.

Also are we ALL talking about the 615k or are some of you guys talking about the old azenis. I heard the greasy when hot thing is from the old Azenis and the new ones addressed that issue.

Just regular old all seasons. With these cars its not about the tire as much as it is about the driver. We have the weight, and we have the power. But its all about the driver really and how well he can feather the clutch/launch his car. Seriously...once you get above like 300whp its not about the tires anymore. Its the driver who wins the race. Even with drag radials i would spin down the 60ft if i let off the clutch and hit the gas to quick. Its all about the driver mod.

Well, i'm in an auto 03 Maxima 3.5L. Dont really have Launching problems, only problem is MY TIRES.. Not sure if i have a sticky enough tire, or if my PSI is too high.. Guess i have to get sum good OL' track passes done.

Andy Hollis did testing for GRM and found that they still get greasy when hot:
