My rear springs are soft, but I've added some extra bumpstops so that the rear only has about .5 inch of travel.

I launch mine around 6k now. I used to launch it higher, but I think the throttle switch would make the nitrous spray if I went any higher now lol. Sometimes I'll still spin a little and get low 1.7 60's, but typically when everything is right I get 1.67's lol. I'm not real sure what the lowest I've gotten is. I know I remember seeing 1.65.

Oh and don't really preload at all. Sometimes I do a tad, but not really on purpose lol.

I think weight is a very importnant factor here. The lighter the car is the easier it is to get hooked and off the line.

My method is stiff rear suspension, slicks down to 8psi, and preload hard as I can to get the slicks really wrinkling and get the rear of the suspension squating. I have run as low as 1.61 60ft last season. I know its probably harder getting your boosted cars off the line as quick.

Get an alignment at a shop that will let you sit in the car during the alignment (or sand bags in the driver's seat) and also with the car jacked up to almost fool droop. Align the front end at almost full droop to zero toe, and zero camber.

Traction bars out back if you want to go that far.

You are not gonna want a soft front suspension. The front will lift, thereby transferring weight towards the rear of the car, which is not good.
Everything else you said looks good though.

My best 60ft in my car was a 1.69 on crappy dried up 24.5X8X13 m/t's. Tire pressure at about 8psi. Preload like a mother. When the yellows fall I would punch the throttle to the floor let it tap the rev limiter and drop the ebrake and go. With the old dried slicks it would spin off the launch but still be pulling hard. I was getting between 1.69 and 1.75 consistently like this.

But then on some brand new 25X8.9X13 m&h's i tried that same thing with 8psi in the tires and snapped my driver side axle at the hub because it straight up dead hooked. If only it had held. haha. Would have been a hell of a 60ft. I always preload which is a big help in keeping the axles together as well.

I think you just need to mess with tire pressure more than anything. Your probably have way too much pressure in them.
