Thread: Finally hitting times worth posting.

I hope the 1.4 60 ft on street tires was a mistake, and meant something else.

The car is running nice, mix the gas a bit and put the timing back. When I had a det about 8'years ago I was running it at 15 psi with a slight spike t-25. And a 80 shot wet. I mixed the gas a little for precautionary measures and it ran great, good luck and no more pictures ,lol record. What are you using to launch or is that the rev limiter I hear you bouncing off?

I remember telling people this and thought I was crazy. T-25 + a little spray is a lot of fun!!

That and it should help keep the pistons cool and keep detonation away. Always wanted to try it. Can't wait for Friday. Ill see you out there man

What are you saying by mix the gas? I was going to run 100 octane but the one gas station that sells it right by the track was out.

I think they sell it at the track though so ill try it out and bump the timing back up.

Yea i was launching off the rev limiter, i picked up a msd 6al from denske and im hoping to have it in by then but i seriously doubt it.

I don't think he ever ran the car. It was pretty much used mostly for street use if you know what I mean.

WITH A DET STOCK T-25, 370 4 BAR BORED MAF JWT ECU AND 17'' street tires the car ran 13.7 2.5 60ft at 109 mph. I never made a pass on the bottle
