GT4294r should make 700whp easily in a SR. But I don't know about the transmission. What are you running in your beast?

you should prob be able to run a 23" tall slick with no problem

I don't get u guys. If my car is 1800lbs and has a huge 23" slick making 400whp its not that hard to get traction. 700whp is a different story on a fwd but thats why I am making my car as light as possible. Lexan windows help to drop quite a bit of weight. Why does a lotus run 12.8 stock with 240whp because its weight is ~2000lbs. Double the power just about and lose 200 more lbs I don't see why 10's cant easily be achieved in gutted b13's making over 400whp.

Maybe u guys need to work on ur driving but I was cutting the same 60' times with street tires that some people on here are getting with slicks. Thats just a sad thought about someones driving to get the same 60' time as someone running slicks when I'm on crappy street tires.

What ur guys drag experience? number of passes down the strip? I know I personally have well over 80 passes in my se-r.

Experience? On an n/a se-r (my first se-r) with all boltons i had well over 400 drag passes at the track, not to mention street races, and bursts on the street. 14.3@97 mph on a 150whp n/a full interior se-r on street tires.

With my current se-r i probably have close to 60-70 passes all turbo ranging from 250whp to 500+whp. The higher the hp the harder it is no doubt. But its all practice.

I was questioning Coheed it is his thread after all. I was wondering his experience. However, thanks ashton I actually ran a 14.3 at 100 with my stock se-r I guess our driving is pretty close.

You asked what are your guys experience, But ahh its all good. And yeah it definetly comes down to driver. I have seen some cars that are supposed to be quicker run aboslute crappy times and mph's. Driver makes a big big difference.

I've done a million passes, but I've never run slicks. I have no idea what to expect. But as long as I can average 420whp in my powerband I should be able to knock on the door of low 11s.

My best 60' on my all-seasons was a 2.18 and that was riding the clutch really hard. Even so, I tapped the limiter top of 2nd, and bogged going into 3rd. So the time wasn't very good. lol.

With a full-weight sent it is going to be hard to get there. But if a ZO6 can run low 11s stock, then my sentra should be able to get there. The ZO6 is my drag-race benchmark. I wanna smoke em.

The best time I have managed is a 13.3. I've even tossed the keys to a lot of my friends, and got the same time. I'm sure the car has more in it. It is just hard to get traction. Granted, most of my drag runs are on an abandoned airstrip with zero track prep and in the dusty desert.

My first run at a real track was a 13.3 also, but I didn't get any practice to get a better time. Perhaps I could have done a 13.0, but it doesn't matter. This year I will have slicks and getting traction will be a lot easier. The TS doesn't fall out of boost like my old setup did occasionally. I think I would blow everyone's mind if I hit anywhere close to the 10s. That would make me smile ear to ear.
