Best run of the day was 12.31 @ 112. I ran 113 but that was all I could get. 60fts were 1.9 and 1.8s all day long. Just need a little more power to shave the last few tenths.
I started out the day with the 24.5in slicks, they worked out very well, but then just to see I put my old 23s back on and surprisingly I was only at about 9k at the finish. So yeah the good passes are on the 23s. I got a ton of 12.5s w the 24s and then wallla, put the 23s on and ran a 12.4 and picked up a little mph so I stuck w them.
I told you the 24.5 slicks will not work that well. The reasoning is you have made all the gears longer. So with a longer 1st and 2nd your forward motion is slower and shifting at 9000 RPMs has taken you way out of your power band.
The best bet is a G20T box on 23 in slicks 1 and 2 will be as is now and 3rd gear will keep the momentum and you go through the traps still under full forward motion.
SER Gear box with Sicks 24.5in at 8500 RPMs
1. 3.063 = 48 MPH
2. 1.826 = 81 MPH
3. 1.286 = 115 MPH
G20T 94-96 gear box with Slick 23in at 8500 RPMs
1. 3.063 = 45 MPH
2. 1.826 = 76 MPH
3. 1.207 = 115 MPH
That 2nd gear 5 MPH is what is killing you and the fact that in 3rd you are way past your peak HP to the point the power is falling of rapidly.

Your peak WHP is at 8000 RPMs. So from 8000 RPMs to 9000 RPMs you have lost 20 WHP and 30 LB Ft Torque which is huge. Your goal is to keep the car in the sweet spot.
I will now give you your best options
SER gear box with 5.0 FD on 22in slicks at 8000 and 8500 RPMs
1. 3.063 = 34 MPH----36 MPH
2. 1.826 = 57 MPH----61 MPH
3. 1.286 = 81 MPH----87 MPH
4. 0.975 = 107MPH----114 MPH
SER gear box with 5.0 FD on 23in slicks at 8000 and 8500 RPMs
1. 3.063 = 36 MPH----38 MPH
2. 1.826 = 60 MPH----64 MPH
3. 1.286 = 85 MPH----90 MPH
4. 0.975 = 112MPH----119 MPH
