Wow, a 12.3 is incredible. That's one hell of a motor he has there.

12.3 at 112.5 MPH is good stuff.

a few more mods and it should get a 12.0 at 114 MPH.

Q45 TB with 3.5 to 4 in intake, larger MAF and retune. That will pick up 5 to 7 more WHP.

Yeah. The plan is larger tb, build a new header and retune, possibly try to see whta I can make w better fuel. That should get me where I wanna be. 11s NA.

Best run of the day was 12.31 @ 112. I ran 113 but that was all I could get. 60fts were 1.9 and 1.8s all day long. Just need a little more power to shave the last few tenths.

I started out the day with the 24.5in slicks, they worked out very well, but then just to see I put my old 23s back on and surprisingly I was only at about 9k at the finish. So yeah the good passes are on the 23s. I got a ton of 12.5s w the 24s and then wallla, put the 23s on and ran a 12.4 and picked up a little mph so I stuck w them.

What about running the q45 maf? Or what about just putting the n60 maf element inside a larger diameter housing, then rescaling the vq maps. That should work right? Anyone ver done it?

MAFs like N60 and Z32, it is not possible to do so.

MAFs like VE MAF, where the actual sensor can be removed is very easy. All the newer MAfs are like this, 2 screws and you pull it out.
