Thread: 3pc front ends for B13 & B14

no chappy is not correct honda has more parts because of the racers out there pushing the game in hondas and have a huuggeee market to sell too compared to our cars. How many guys are on the track in a b13 or b14 compared to honda. any person with business sense would laugh at you because the market is so small and the profit margin isnt there simple economics. We think outside of the box on these cars and dont just do what has been done on a honda. We will never have a huge market support and if you think that go to a honda cause it wont happen sorry.

you're about 1.5% correct. the industry caters to the honda's because they push the limits, YES...they push the limits because 1-THEY TAKE THE RISK AND INVEST. 2-they are not cheap ass fucks 3-i would build another civic if i could put it inside a fortress so it wouldn't get stolen again, then tell you to eat my ass lol

well I can tell you right now im not forking any money over until i see pics of something quality built.
I also know that none of the guys on the forum will be handing over there hard earned money blindly either.

its called R+D. if these guys aren't willing to spend some time to R+D a front end for us then we should be looking to do business with someone else.

this isn't the reason why no companies make stuff for us.
the reason people don't build things for sentra chassis is cus were all cheap and there are not enough of us.

look how many guys are on this forum compared to Honda forums. there are just way more Honda guys building cars.

Companies deal by volume. do they wanna put the hard work in to sell 10 Nissan front ends or 100+ Honda front ends?

its very simple to get this done.

first lets get a full list of who's interested B13/B14.

next communicate with this company to see if they are indeed interested.

then if they are we will have them make us one and we can test it.

then get everyones order completed! FTW!

this happens because like i said, you can get anything under the sun for a civic/integra. there used to be tons of companies that produced parts for the sr, this community being so cheap chased all them off. the honda guys are simply NOT afraid to take the vise grips off their wallets. hence they still manufacture and continue to develop parts and help push the envelope while we sit back and drool over wet dreams of running that number and hitting that HP level. we have a HUGE following but many enjoy the road course thing over drag racing.



AGAIN, whether its company A, or company B, or company C...they are not going to risk the amount of money needed to build molds, and manufacture maybe half a dozen kits to get a "real good quality" set after tweaking the molds here and there for different reasons. would you risk developing something major with the initial start coming out of your pocket with the chance of a zero return after a few months of work and countless hours of "R&D" i highly doubt it...you guys can bicker over all this ' i want to see what it looks like first' and never get anything and continue to dream about awesome product, while i'll be sure to get my own. like i said in a previous page, ill pay $5k to have 1 PERFECT kit AND the mold too

there is plenty of those, its about aero now. look at jamie and/or bes' car...tires hang out of the fenders a little...with a widened front they could definitely pick up a few tenths from much better aero, less drag

all im saying is, If we all are forking over the money we want it to be built QUALITY!

im not gonna give someone a deposit if we don't know it will be built to spec.

so i will again have the ONE and ONLY like it, and i WONT share...i won't be asking for a finished product to make my decision either, we as a community will NEVER get anything or anywhere like that
