Maybe, there are always things to improve on. I'm only launching the car at 6k. The car is falling off the exhaust cam on the 1st to 2nd shift. I'd also love to be able to keep it in 3rd gear. I have a ram air intake that I didn't use this weekend but I suspect it would be beneficial with my current cam gear settings.

Have you tried shifting at 9,000? I had issues of falling off the high cams when getting into second at the track. I changed it up by shifting at 9K and it stays on the high cam every time. Its scary how much of a difference that tranny makes. I finish the 1/4 still in 3rd gear!

how come you didnt warm up the tires a bit longer? it looks like you did a quick burnout and staged right away.

I have a hard time getting the car into 2nd gear when shifting that high. I think part of the problem is my shifter is cut so damn short I can't get any leverage to jam it into gear. You can hear in the video I'm deliberate with the 1st to 2nd shift, it's pretty slow.

I wish I could leave the car in 3rd, but with 22" slicks 9k rpms puts me at 101mph, it would be close.

Didn't really need to with where I was launching the car. For next season I need to add a switch for the 2 step, so I can engage the ebrake without enabling the limiter.
