b14 rims work too? Just an option I have two and wouldnt mind throwing some slicks on them. Same setup as Andrew right down to the brakes and suspension setup

These are 16", with NX brakes. TONS of room between the wheel and the brake caliper. I'm almost 110% positive you could get away with a 14" 38ET SportMax wheel and clear the NX calipers.

Or you could get these: These are only 13" diameter, clear NX brakes, and weigh about 12lbs WITH the slicks.

WOW! DRAG SLICKS and WHEELS: Exospeed Racing Wheels M&H Slicks, M/T Combos! aka Lenso - Honda-Tech

I only found them in 13x7.5 offset 25

found this link about lenso on the reg. sr forum. I can run these with ext. wheel studs and 1/2 wheel spacer.

Those are the best prices you're going to get, and that's direct from manufacturer. Good stuff!

I got mine in a 13x7.5 with 24.5x8x13 MH slicks for $630.

On a b14, you're looking at a tight(er) fit, but I don't know for sure. I know it's close with the 24.5x8x13's that are on the pic above.

IIRC, there's about 1" or maybe a tad bit more clearance between the inside sidewall and the strut tower in the pic.
