If you are running a 2.2 with slicks you arent leaving the hole hard enough. I pulled 2.2-2.3 all night long on some 205/50/15 Falken Ziex in 30-40 degree weather at normal tire pressure.

What clutch do you have? It isnt slipping or anything is it?

i have a jgy kevlar disc and pressure plate.

i did the compression test, with the motor on a stand.

ohhh ok just do it after you warm the car up I'm sure your numbers will be alot better.
