I am not sure about your neck on the woods, but in TX you can do a metal building with foundation for about $26 per foot for a building over about 5000 SF

I dont mind at all.
to be honest, my uncle bought the property with the building on it. its a quonsett hut style. roughly 180 ft x 51 ft. with atleast 20 ft at the arch. roughly 8,600 sq ft and i think like 12,000 cubic ft.

steel construction seems to be the most affordable way to build.
if you send me a pm i can answer any questions u have about my experience with our building.

Awesome. What are your machining capabilities? CNC? What CAD software do you prefer, that is, if I wanted to send you a part file to cut, would you want it in IGIS or Solidworks or something else? I'm familiar with Mastercam also, but I really don't like it very much.
