I'm totally open to whatever Madtec decides.
I'm a little questionable about the Picnic on Sunday. Seems like its sort of rushed to have the picnic on Sunday and 1/3 of the people leave before the picnic is over. I would suggest the picnic to be held on Saturday, but in 2013 Atlanta it sort of seemed the convention ended early falling on a Saturday. Tough situation but If held on Sunday, maybe start early to give time for people to travel home.
