It was nice speaking with you about your group and I hope you choose us for your lodging needs, the room rate per night would be 79.99 for a king or double suite. All rooms come with a pull out sofa, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. We also provide you with complimentary hot breakfast and complimentary wifi. If you pick up 20 rooms we will provide the meeting space comp for one day. If you need the meeting space for any other day I can offer you a rate of $100 per day, normally the rate is $350.00 per day so I have dropped the rate considerably. I will need a credit card to secure your group and we can have the block drop off a month before arrival so you will not be responsible for non pickup.
