After talking with a few other folks who have done conventions in the past, the price for Atlanta Motorsports Park you gave us was quite resonable. Hopefully we will get more participation based on the track alone. I wasn't planning on bringing my b14 but after seeing these photos I think I will.

Oh yeah, there is a go cart track on premises as well. Rentals available daily at the rate of $20 for 10 minutes from 3 pm - 6 pm.

We are allowed in the complex from 7 am to 7 pm. We can have "touring laps" for our advanced group/instructors from 8:00-8:30 followed by a driver's meeting prior to first session at 9 am. Track is open from 9 am to 5 pm with a 1 hour lunch break. They will have concessions available for lunch.

Just got confirmation on the $79 rate at Comfort Suites, she is sending me a link that I will post.

I think it would be a handful. The course is very technical, but ideally suited to cars like ours with a good balance of handling, brakes, and power.

That's a very good rate. Are we using this hotel as a roadcourse only hotel?

Nope, it's 37 miles to road course, 39 miles to drag strip, and 30 miles to downtown. Doing my best to make this work for everyone.

Video took forever to download. Sorry for the shakiness, but I was catching a ride with one of the members in his 911 and didn't want to push my luck putting a camera on his fender. Oh yeah, and we were black flagged because I was holding a "loose" object on track. Luckily we just had to drive thru hot pits and put it in the glovebox. Enjoy.
