Kaye at Roebling said we don't have to pay our $2000 deposit until 60 days out, and would be willing to grant us a Friday in our desired time frame on a $200-300 down payment since we have been a previous good tenant.
We are looking at exactly what you suggest if we end up with our own day. I also am confident that enough would prepay at the 60 day point to cover us.
