Thread: Bigtom weak!!!!!

its been several months since my order from him. a simple valve shim measuring tool. it was apperant that he was a good guy and ran a buisness. but that wasnt the case.

-orderd by paypal on june 11th 2008

-asked about it on june 25th via his forum

-june 27 he replys stating i didnt send enuf for shipping

-july 2nd the remainder was sent via paypal

-july 17th asked about the status

-july 28th he sends pm back stating the machine shop is taking a while.

-august 14th asked about status again on his forum no responce

- and again and again asking for a responce nothing

and now september still responce yet and no refund.

not the way run a shop if u ask me, is 4 months a ok wait for a shim tool??

Uh, yeah, don't buy from BigTom. Worst customer service I have ever seen in ANY industry.

You should have had that in a week or less.

A buddy is goin through a bunch of sh!t with him also, has $1500 worth of work and parts for over a month. I always heard good things about him, but now I will be staying far far away. I'd rather pay twice the price for work through Mazworx, just to know that it's done right and I will get my part when it's finished.

^^Seriously. I'd rather pay double then buy it from BigTom. At least the other guys will get you what you paid for. I warn everyone to stay away from him.

This Big Tom Guys Stole a VVL head $600, Head Port $1000, Valve Springs and retainers $400, Kelford Cams or Franklin Cams $700 and partial ported N1 intake manifold $300 from one of out forum members. I want to know how we find him and get the police on him.

This Big Toms guy completly destroyed one of our forum members. This forum member is one of the hardest working guys I know and he takes care of his grand mother all by himself. Because of this ass hole he had to completly get rid of everything he worked so hard for and now has nothing.
