It would be nice to see the texts. He said Ztuned made it clear that he didn't want to spend the time to go to the post office for a insurance claim. I'm pretty sure USPS priority automatically insures at least $50. On the other side I see where just wrapping the box with .50 worth of packing tape would have avoided this problem in the first place....

Dont feel the need for more proofs at this point the simple fact that the box was completely sealed when it arrived (box was sealed on departure and the box was never opened til i opened it) makes me believe this was a genuine scam, how does a box can open itself and release the contents and then sealed itself back again? Again even with the rupture tear on the side i honestly dont think a pack of 10 long bolts can work their way out Does this Not make sense to anyone? the fact that the seller dont care about fixing the issue,Not trying to go to the origin of the post office because clearly he knew there was never nothing on this box, the real fact that the paypal rep opened my eyes that most of the calls are with the same issues (empty box) made me waste no more time and proceed with the claim instead of dealing with 20$ worth of insurance the usps manager i spoked with in my local office told me. Scenario #2 If the individual was well known aware which he clearly states on his post and texts that usps are known for damaging and loosing packages, Does one can take extra precautions to make sure the package its safe, .50 wrapping ducktape , or any other steps to secure its contents again just exposing whith real facts.

I see you made many assumptions in your posting....

The proof is in the pudding. Considering the fact that USPS has damaged MANY of my shipments I have received, I wouldn't put it past the Post Office being the issue. If that box made it to the delivery vehicle with the tear, there is a very good chance the items made their way out the box in the vehicle and forever lost. Yes, the tear was not significant in your eyes, but there is no way to know, from leaving the sellers hand that he deliberately sent you an empty box. But that is also an assumption.......

I personally think it would be beneficial you post texts as just as you assumed he was the culprit and he refused to go to the post office. However using the same train of thought, you saying you have a string of text messages clearing laying out the facts but remain unwilling to post them, I can make the same argument that you are in hiding something

I am not taking sides, but playing devils advocate as we have seen a "OG" member screw people before.......and on the flip side also seens OGs screwed by members without actual proof. In all honesty, matter is already settled, so it's up to you.

One question: Is there a shipping weight on the label (I do not see one) or shipping receipt?? That would be a dead giveaway if the box was shipped with items or without.

@Boostlee

Would highly suggest reading the thread from the beginning with caution to prevent any misunderstanding thanks.

P.S I tried the tracking number and they have already removed it from their system, so I couldn't garner any weight or shipping info from there

@ztunedsr20, I read the thread multiple times.........No need to read it again.

I did also see the shipping label from the first post hence why I went back to USPS to see if I could get a shipping weight. No dice.

Whatever. At this point, what is done is done.........
