Lol, you know the drill, more like you kept the actual condition of your item to your self. it happens, you said it yourself that 2% of the people here are dishonest and that includes you sir.

Anyways, don't cluttere this man's thread with your bullshit and carry on, since this is the last thread you should be on, with you dishonest ass.

...so obviously I am not the only one here that sees this as an obvious seller scam!

3 major strikes against the seller:

1) no obvious markings of anything ever being inside the box
2) tear on box a little too convenient (like it was put there before dropping off the empty box)
3) buyer being told by paypal other claims of 'empty box' is the biggest alarm in this saga!



We are a community here and many of us have been around since these cars were new and on these forums since early 2000s at minimum.


Anyway,
I thank for the OP for posting and sharing the experience so the rest of us don't buy from him.



...I too once received an 'empty box' in all my years but it wasn't from a member here. In my case, it was supposed to be a brand new unused printer cartridge. I received the printer cartridge packaging with cut up pieces of cardboard inside to help keep the box in shape but no cartridge inside. The seller tried to say I paid for the box as that is exactly what he advertised. (ultimate scam attempt) but also in that case, although paypal ruled in my favor, I never did get my money back because paypal claimed they could not recover the funds for me (so I was out $23)


The moral here is the law of averages catches up to everyone if they do enough buying and selling on the internet thanks to dishonest people in the world and that's why we have this venue to help warn others and I'm thankful for this!

Yes, I spent 4+ years buying and selling hundreds of items on this forum without any issues, but it was all a setup to nail you.

Oh and PS don't tell me what to do.

i know at my post office the package will not be sent without proper return address so idk how he managed to pull that off

..self service kiosk.. OR he just dropped it in the mail box (they do fit as I've done it before myself but mine always have a return address on them too)

Not really know how the policies of this forum work as far as banning or removing people that had complaints or that acted unlawful from the forum i still dont know how the guy i bought a trash engine and the guy that rob my money from the head studs are still active till this day evenwith Police report on hand against them @96FearlessSER @FaStE-R i think that if policies would be follow strickly to the full strength Every time maybe less people would be harm or be a victim of this scumbags

I will read through the thread and get back to you.
