If they got the job right to begin with, we wouldn't be having this discussion........

In addition, Shawn himself states he is not mechanically inclined, so pointing out flaw in execution, is in Shawn's benefit.

I don't disagree...but comments calling them clowns w/a poorly run business and seeing better backyard builds are uncalled for and add nothing....nor do they help Shawn's situation. Actually, I would argue otherwise. I digress.

Good luck Shawn...keep us posted.

I just wanna see this moving forward and

How was YOUR trust broken??? *Shawn* has the right (imo) to say it all day long until it's resolved. It's the negative comments from others that are NOT SHAWN that I dislike...nothing more. I have no issue with pointing out flaws like rusty welds or missing items but if it provides nothing then it's not productive, it's counter productive.

Shawn needs productive...let's go that way

How did Shawn trust was broken , that way I look at it is if he ship he's car over 1000 miles and pay around 9 k he must to have some trust on this guys to get he's car done properly ....
Maybe I should had posted my experience , photos and text from the past experience with this shop ..... I have to clarified that my problem wasn't with the people in question on this case but with other, and maybe Shawn would had a differente experience .
I just wish to see Shawn getting he's car fix and running to he's like.

it adds everything. shawn did his research and these were these guys he trusted with his money and his car. what did he get? a car built by a clown and backyard builds better. its a shitty situation for only shawn because he trusted them to do the right thing. only jamie is man enough to stepup and get the car running where the other cowards are hiding.

While this is a Marsh Tuning and Shawn B. issue (and Marsh Tuning is on the road to making this right) and anything regarding individual personal matters is a bit off topic, I would like to point out one thing. It seems Mark also stepped up and supports remedying the situation. It is hard to blame Mark for not being actively involved when Shawn (completely understandably) refuses to let him take part in the process anymore. Mark is doing everything he can under those circumstances. Mark is also not hiding. He came here to explain his side.

It is only Justin that seems to be "hiding", except he seemingly has nothing to do with our community, nor does he have anything to do with this except from Marsh Tuning's perspective as a sub-contractor. He's their problem, not Shawn's, nor ours. Expecting him to show up here and explain his side is totally silly IMO.

I cannot find any Turbonetics pics on-line that match up with this hardware.

Here's the Turbonetics "brass fittings" at Summit:

Front only, can't get a back shot.

Morfius Performance Invoice.

So far, all the "brass fittings" that I can find that are for automotive use have a much smoother finish than the ones on my car.

The only "brass fittings" I can find that are as rough finished as mine are from plumbing supply places.

Looks like a 30 to 50 percent mark up on parts too.

I have fittings that look exactly like that in the bottom drawer of my big toolbox, the drawer with my plumbing supplies/tools. And I've never had a turbo anything.
