As far as I'm concerned, this is exactly where we stand. As a representative of Marsh Tuning, Jamie has stepped up completely (so says Shawn) to make it 100% right. That is admirable, and is one of the preferable outcomes all of us in the peanut gallery were hoping for. All there is to do now is wait and see how that unfolds.

Anyone else not on that train of thought can be ignored.

Amazing how your fucking tone has changed..... This was clarified several posts ago yet now is when you write this after all that shit you previously said fell out of your mouth?

Rob, please refer back to post #105 where I insisted that Marsh Tuning needs to take care of more than just the ECU/tune, but everything.
Post #107 where Shawn says that Jamie (currently the only honorable member of Marsh Tuning) has stepped up to take care of everything.
And then post #108 (a full 2 days ago) where my tone changed completely once I learned Shawn was going to be fully taken care of.

I think you must have missed those. I know, there's a lot going on right now, it's easy to miss things.

Wondering where the forum goes from here. We lost some good people along the way for whatever reasons they chose. Hate to think those reasons may be valid as is becoming apparent by this thread. Shawn, hope you'll get squared away and everything will be resolved to your satisfaction. ...as I'm sure it will.

Found another part from Home Depot racing.

Looked closer at the dead AC compressor. Followed the wire with my fingers...and it kind of just disintegrated and pulled out from between the frozen wheel and the housing. Could this have happened in the last 2,100 miles driving home? I suppose. It's also highly probable that Mark and Justin did not check, inspect or look at it in any way, and just obliviously bolted a crusty-ass, rusty, 8-year old AC compressor onto the VE.

Maybe I'm being picky at this point. I know my old long-term mechanic Mike would have called me on that beat-up AC compressor. He would have both had my thanks and made himself some more money.

shawn those fittings that are from home depot racing what is there purpose in the build? Believe it was an air to water intercooler correct?

i believe those have a stamping from turbonetics if you look closely

Air to water, and the vacuum distribution, both are done with those type of fittings.

Fittings that absolutely no one has identified as a turbonetics product. Not Mark, Justin, any of the hundreds of people who have eyeballed the build pictures, nor any of those folks who viewed the car in person. Universally those fittings have been the subject of scorn and laughed at. They're butt-ugly, that is for sure.
