Mark was pretty animated and willing to claim he needs to release his side of the story on the book of faces, but I have yet to see a response to any of the accusations apart from liking a few posts on the first page (which tells me he is WELL aware of the situation!).
Allow me to clarify even further than your inquiry.
Up until Sept 6, and the Angry Email, I communicated 100% with Mark.
Really only speaking to Jamie at the Convention. And in hindsight, while I fooled the masses ("you were happy at the Convention.." dumbass comments) I was probably not very pleasant nor receptive to whatever Jamie was saying at that time.
After receiving those return emails from Justin and Mark on September 6th, I ceased any and all communication with Mark (or Justin) except to tidy up some minor details (shipping and airplane flight). Terse, short, minimal as possible communications.
For either of them to speak to me, the client, in such a manner is beyond reproach. I had not gone public yet. (But I sure did have their full fucking attention now, didn't I?) And they both pen and send those equally idiotic, vile and reprehensible replies? Mealy mouthed excuses, insults and daring the client to go public?!? At any professional contracting company in the world, they would both be fired. On the spot. I was well beyond furious.
September 6th, Jamie called me directly on my phone. Apologized. Was floored. Aghast. Sympathetic.
From September 6th forward, I have only communicated with Jamie. And I have been absolutely transparent and honest with him as well. He and I were (and are) working on fixes to issues while Mark and Justin are still trying to deny those same issues exist.
I went silent with Mark and Justin. Did not reply to them for what, two weeks or so? Neither of them called, emailed, texted, or reconsidered their actions and position. Are they foolish enough to think I was gonna let this cluster-fuck slide?
They called the tune.
