@mirrortints: Understood. My questions are still viable questions however. The vehicle was clearly unprepared for tuning, so at that point, why proceed? And for a business owner to have no idea on the day to day occurrences and operations is not a very good business practice and this thread is exemplar in bringing this point to the forefront.

@SR20GTi-R: Understood. However, you end up with the mess we are seeing slowly unfolding before mine and the communities eyes . I am just sorry to see it come to this. Situations like these is what drives a wedge between the community members.
That is all I have on this topic. It would be nice for Mark and company to share their side of the story. However, this is not the first time I am hearing of Marsh tuning having issues with well established community members.
