Guys, being that I'm subscribed to this thread and care about both parties involved, I think any updated build stuff (not related to the sale, but is relavent to Shawn's build) should be posted elsewhere. We know the goings on of what transpired, and unless there is a change or more conversation between both parties, the feedback thread should be kept to what it was intended for.

Yep, final AC piece arrived late last week.



That is everything I need to get the AC installed and charged.

I'll call tomorrow and put myself on their schedule at Bobby's.

Just changed out the battery, which was too dead to take a charge.

Didn't manage to schedule with Bobby's yet, will be calling them this Monday.

Just read through this and I have to say it is saddening as a stalwart of the community you are the last person who deserves to have ended up in this position Shawn. I'm glad to see things are turning round and I hope you end up with the classic you deserve and can be proud of

My de highport oil filters were a no go on my ve motor. Purolater PureONe PL14612 and 1 gallon Rotella T6 ordered for Wednesday delivery. Gotta love Amazon Prime.

I'm skipping banging out the pan on this oil-change. Don't feel like fucking with it at the moment. Non-critical.

Going out to yank off my J-pipe and apply heat-wrap. I'll take pics.

Finish oil change, reinstall J-pipe, call Bobby's.

Next time, get the PL14610. Holds more oil.
